Abrasive Zirconium Aluminium Grit Flexible Flap Disc

1. These flap discs are manufactured using zirconia cloth.
2. These discs exceed other flap discs by packing 25 to 50% more abrasives on each snipet.
3. All discs are manufactured on computer controlled machines and subject to numerous tests which ensure high quality and greater safety.
4. These wheels are constructed for very effective use on stainless steel. Also for use on cast iron, aluminium and steel alloys, brass and bronze.
5. Type 27 discs should be used at a shallow angle (approx. 0-10°). Their fl at shape, combined with the minimal angle of operation, is ideal for applications demanding faster stock removal.

6.Type 29 discs should be used at an angle relative to the work piece (approx 15 - 25°). The conical shape of the disc produces a larger contact area with the surface of the work piece, which is ideal for fi nishing applications on fl at, contoured or irregular surfaces.
